Why Do You Like Obama So Much?

I can’t express this theme often enough or hard enough, but taxes are evil in the disguise of moral platitude. I began this new president’s term by giving him the benefit of the doubt. I told myself, that as a Christian, I must love my fellow-man.  As Obama began to expose himself, I saw the evil in his soul. My early posts as a blogger warned about how I saw him as a socialist, and worse yet, a communist. His slick rhetoric hypnotises the masses with words that roll off his tongue in lyrical melody. The rythmic motion of his head from side to side lulls one into deeper mesmirism.  Several times, during his speech at the Nobel Ceremony, I wanted to jump up and shout, “AMEN.”

You bought it, and elected him president. Now, we are all faced with the prospect of re-building America back into a great nation. He has, in twelve very short months, undermined the Constitution  upon which the USA achieved greatness.  The bottom line is that in twelve months I have grown to despise the man.

I know you all love him, but I don’t understand why. Is it  because he is so clean as a family man? So was Tiger Woods.  Or is it because he loves his daughters, and his wife?  He appears to  be a good father too. Well, so am I, and so is nearly every dad I have known in my life.  Being a good father should be the norm, not the reason for adulation. The only difference is that this guy is black, and I don’t see too many good black fathers in the news to teach us their values. I know they exist, but what I see most  are welfare kids who don’t know who their fathers are.  Call me a racist, but that perception is what most Americans have about blacks, and that is why they like Obama so much.

Obama’s drive to redistribute our wealth  is placing taxes on everything. He is controlling wages, he wants to control the air you breath, the kind of car you drive, and the  doctor who takes care of you.  He is giving the infamous ACORN  responsibility for over-seeing  banks. What?  Where did that come from? Barney Frank snuck that little nugget  in under the radar of  health-care reform, and cap and trade. So all of you kids going for degrees in Finance can kiss your dreams of becoming an overpaid banker goodbye. How about the “Boob-Tax” for all the girls out there who want breast enhancements? What he left out is a “Booby-Tax” for all the people who voted for him. He missed his opportunity on that one. He should have done it while the “hopium” hypnosis was still in effect.

The U.S.A., land of opportunity for the people of the world, is seen by Obama as a colony of ants working their asses off to please the whims of the queen.  He is dividing us into two societies: welfare, and tax-enslaved. It is his way of repaying the black half of his race for slavery, and the white half  for enslaving his black half.

This president’s hatred for white people is so vitriolic that he will not stop until the “chains we can believe in,” are manacled around our necks.

As a Christian man, I can not stand by and allow that stupidity to further itself, nor should you.

Goodbye Old Glory

Because our country is changing  rapidly, I believe a new national  flag is needed to represent  new values. Old Glory no longer stands for a Union of States held together by a Constitution. The New America is comprised of a highly polarized population more divided by race, and by a political ideology which promotes  the  destruction of a constitution tested by time.  The new ideology does not believe in liberty of the individual, but promotes government as the all benevolent care taker.

I have designed a new flag which appropriately defines the change that is occurring. The thirteen stripes representing the  original colonies are retained.  Two different icons are used to represent the fifty states.  The symbols differentiate between those states that embraced “Change You Can Believe In,” and those that believe the USA is the greatest country in the world.

One of the issues  polarizing the population is a definition of liberty. There is the traditional concept of liberty which promotes the concept of freedom of the individual to own property, and to decide his own fate. The second concept of liberty belongs to those that believe the state should own the property and decide your fate.  Abraham Lincoln described this as Liberty and Tyranny.

Currently, there are twenty-two states that define liberty as freedom to live free, own property, and take responsibility for your own actions. The remaining twenty-eight states believe in the tyrannical concept  of equal wealth through government programs, and take no responsibility for their actions. In the design for the “New Flag,” I retain use of a star to represent the states keeping traditional liberty. For the socialist  states I chose to use the hammer and sickle the traditional symbol of the communist movement.

The order of the symbols begins with  Delaware, the first state to join the union, in the upper left.  The symbols continue, left to right across the blue field in the order each state achieved statehood.

Good bye “Old Glory.”

New Glory

His Soul Is Black

My Flag Flies Everyday

My Flag Flies Everyday

More from “Dreams From My Father.” BO writes about how he learned of Reverend Jeremiah Wright’s church. As a Community Organizer, he found himself interviewing local ministers. The job involved looking for common issues that he could then bring into action through the local people. A good idea, that in my opinion is the same as pushing on a rope. It seems this old minister directed him to a young minister on 95th St who was attracting all levels of blacks. Even though his church is in one of the poorest neighborhoods on the southside of Chicago. I know it well, because I grew up three miles east of there. It wasn’t always a poor area, it was middle class. Unfortunately, the whites abandoned the area after the first black family moved in. They couldn’t move away fast enough. I digress. Before he left the community organizing business, BO showed up at the Reverend Wright’s church for a service. It sounded like BO didn’t really have much of a connection with God at the time. He was attracted to the message that Wright preached, i.e. Black Liberation Theology. It is a belief that racism is evil.

James Cone a Black liberation theologian explains that   “…at the core of black liberation theology is an effort — in a white-dominated society, in which black has been defined as evil — to make the gospel relevant to the life and struggles of American blacks, and to help black people learn to love themselves. It’s an attempt, he says “to teach people how to be both unapologetically black and Christian at the same time.””

BO’ attraction to this message seems to confirm his troubled mind regarding his “blackness.” Being fathered by a black man to a white woman, and reared by white grandparents he did not understand his own racial make-up. As I explained in my previous post titled “Conflicted Soul,” he was raised white, but his soul was black. He wanted to be black. I don’t see anything wrong with that. He is half black, so why wouldn’t he want to express himself as black? What I do see as a problem is with his faith.

Religion is a belief and a faith that there is another world after death. Black Liberation Theology emphasizes action toward blacks learning to love themselves through the teachings of Jesus Christ. BO evidently saw something in this theology that appealed to him. Perhaps he could learn to love his blackness if he pursued this avenue.

When the media finally uncovered Jeremiah Wright’s sermon in which he “God Damned America,” BO got too much negative publicity out of it. At first BO defended the Reverend. I commend him for that. He showed that he truly had a strong relationship with the man. When the threat of losing his race for president increased, he finally “resigned,” from the church in an attempt to distance himself from Jeremiah Wright. Did he also resign from his “belief?” A true believer would have stood his ground and stayed.

If BO dropped this belief in Black Liberation Theology, after twenty years, at the drop of a hat, how quickly will he change his mind about his plan to tax only those making over $250,000.00?  How quickly will he change his mind about any of the issues he so arrogantly proclaims to be the “Change We Can Believe In.”

Really, Really Sick

Not too long ago I sat in the barber chair discussing the election with my barber Vini.  He asked if I owned a gun. I said, “no, why?”

“I recommend that you spend five hundred dollars to buy a gun and ammo,” he responded.

“Why?” I asked again.

“Well, the way I see it is this, if BO wins, there will be a celebration of the blacks so large and raucous with burning and looting, that the local police will not be able to contain it, and we’ll have to defend ouselves.”

“I don’t disagree with that,” I replied.

“On the other hand if BO loses, there will be riots, also beyond the capabilities of the police to control. Again, we’ll have to defend ourselves.”

“What happens if he wins and none of that happens?” I asked.

“Most likely he’ll be assassinated, the riots will begin, and we’ll need to defend ourselves.”

“Really, really sick, but probably true.”

I have not purchased a gun because I don’t believe any of Vini’s predictions will occur. We are too far a civilized people to solve every problem with a gun.

I do believe, however, that there is an underlying racism that will become evident during the election.

” A Spade Is A Spade”

I hate to belabor the “lipstick on a pig” issue, but I think the BO got a taste of what he and his race have been dealing us for too many years now. I saw his speech the day he said the infamous words. I want to believe that he said them only as a humorous way to make a point. If that is not correct, then I have to believe that his speach writer had the genius to sneak this old saying into his speach as a deliberate attack on Gov. Palin with one of two outcomes: 1.) It goes unnoticed and he has sneakily attacked Governor Palin, 2.) if it gets noticed, as we know it did, he can cry foul and blame the McCain campaign for mis-interpreting his remark. My guess is that his speech writers don’t have the brains to be that devious.

Now to my point. If I were giving a speech and wanted to stress a fact, I could use a very old saying such as “let’s call a spade a spade.” I would deliver the speech with great naivete thinking I had used a tried and true saying to stress my point. It is my belief that I would be attacked immediately by the likes of Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farakan,  Clarence Page, and other notable blacks for being “racist.” I’m sure they would demand an apology, and reparation back to the first slave brought to the shores of North America.

I think what the BO got was a dose of his own medicine, and he didn’t like the taste.
