Did you receive your Medicare Handbook for 2015 yet? If you have already received yours in the mail please turn to page 12 and go down to the bottom of the page and read Find out what you pay for Medicare (Part A and Part B) . It states that the premium and deductible amounts were not available at the time of printing. It further states you may call 1-800-633-4227 to get the most up-to-date info.
I did just that and talked with a Medicare representative. She told me that they probably would not have those figures in until the end of the first week or possibly the second week of November. Now, let that sink in.
As soon as she stated that to me I replied , My, isn’t that convenient for the Obama Administration to actually hold off on those figures until after the 2014 election results. There was dead silence on the other end of the line. I told her thank you and that I would call back.
I may be wrong, but I really think that I am right!
You see on our Social Security increase for next year we are only receiving an increase of around 1%. Even the military are getting just over 1%. You can bet after the November 4th election the increases for Medicare A & B will be greater than any 1%. That is why they are delaying what the increases will be. Because if they had put it in that handbook, any elderly would be voting against the Democrats.
So anyone voting for the Democrats in the forthcoming elections deserves to get the increases that are coming after November 4th.

Since I already passed Dr. Ezekiel Emmanuel’s (architect of Obama Care) optimum age to die (75) I am a Zombie, but I did not find any references in the Medicare 2015 book on benefits for Zombies.
I received the above message as an e-mail from my brother who is quite concerned about costs as all seniors are. This delay in announcing the premiums for 2015 falls right in line with earlier Obama Care announcements.
To be sure I was not being duped again, I called the number above to check things out.
Here is what I learned. Contrary to the information in the scare message, the agent gave me the costs and deductibles for each of my plans A, B, and D.
Here they are:
Medicare A-Doctor visits-FREE (in line with Obama Care) the deductible remains the same.
Medicare B-Hospital stays-$104.90/mo unchanged from 2014, the deductible goes to $1216.
Medicare D-Prescription plan-here is where things got interesting. The agent asked for my address, county, and drug store. Strange, I thought. She returned with the following. My monthly premium for the prescription plan is $48.90, the deductible is $275, and the quarterly cost of my drugs will be $102.62.
Now that I know Obama did not with hold this information before the election I feel obligated to vote Democrat across the board for this gift, NOT!
I will not vote Democrat except for maybe one office. It seems our Sheriff, named Paul Kaupas is retiring. He hired his cousin Ken Kaupas from the State Police a short time ago, and soon afterwards promoted him. Ken Kaupas gets pension from the State for his service with the State Police. He will receive another pension for his tenure working for the Sheriff, and if elected, he is entitled to another pension as Sheriff. I lost track, is that double or triple dipping? Somehow this seems unfair and unethical, but it is perfectly legal. What makes me sad is that Kaupas is a Republican and he is as dirty as any Democrat ever. This is a normal process for Illinois politicians and for School Superintendents too. State of Illinois political retirees live a pretty fat life on our tax dollars.
In another case, our Senator Dick Durbin seems clean, but is he? His wife works as a lobbyist in Washington and gets some pretty fat paychecks doing so. It seems the Senator knows exactly who to hire for the best paying jobs. Durbin went to Springfield 34 years ago as a former teacher, now he is one of the richer guys in Illinois thanks to his enterprising wife.
Somehow the thing reeks of skunk to me.
