Obama Succeeds at Quieting Fox News

Today marked one of the last broadcasts of the Glenn Beck Show on Fox News. It saddens me to see Beck leave the air. He taught me alot about history. He used logical arguments to expose some of the most criminal conspiracies happening under our very watch. Yet, Fox canned him. Why?

My theory is that Beck hit too close to the real truth with his expose’s. Obama and company had to silence him or face being uncovered as a transformation agent of America into a Marxist state. I used to accuse him of transforming us into a socialist state, but I think he is more extreme than we give him credit for. Obama’s actions and policies smack of Marxism.

Week after week, Beck diligently researched and followed the connections from the czars to the motives. All of them networking under the cover of bureaucratic positions.  All of them changing internal policies that affect us with more regulations. When will America finally wake up? Obama hypnotized us with the infectious smile, congeniality, and a promise to change America. We thought his changes would transform the stalemate in Congress. Behind the smile, he seethes with rage and pushes his agenda even harder in the face of polls showing Americans in opposition. Why? What is so blanking good about his dreams for the country? What is his vision for the country?

Glen Beck repeatedly exposes Obama’s vision, but we were reluctant to believe. The scenarios Beck painted are too scary for most of us to believe. How could we have been so stupid as to choose a president who would do such a thing? No, it is not true, we say to ourselves, and turn the channel. We don’t want to believe that any red-blooded American citizen would be so devious as to plan the complete destruction of the Constitution, the country, and the citizens.

Yes, Fox News caved to pressure from the far Left; they, who we consider to be the voice of the conservative. By firing Glen Beck, Fox signed onto the Obama media train, and are no different from ABC, NBC, CBS,CNN, MSNBC, and PBS. A primary tenet of Marxism is to control the media; control the message.

Practice What You Preach

     Liberals always point at conservatives as being hypocritical. They jump with glee when a Republican Congressman or Senator is caught in a scandal. Yet, they remain deathly quiet when the Democrat President flies around the world spreading hypocrisy. No wonder the world hates us.

     This past weekend, POTUS took a spin in Air Force 1 to spend time with Hamid Karzai in Afghanistan.  Obama, with an administration full of tax cheats and radical czarist advisors, had to advise the leader of Afghanistan to clean up his act.  This is a good example of the pot calling the kettle black.

Tea Party Terror

The Part of YesBack in April, I attended my first Tea Party. It was a rather subdued group of conservatives, liberals, young and old. We all sang, pledged our allegiance to the flag, and listened to some eloquent young people speak about liberty, taxes,  and the government take over of capitalism. There were no arrests, there was no shouting or shoving, just peace loving folks who were all mad as hell about the events taking place to change the fabric of our great country. Nevertheless, we were branded as “Tea-Baggers, Nazi’s, Astro-Turf, mobsters, and much more. The Liberal Left had to destroy the Tea Parties just as they tried to destroy Sarah Palin, Joe the Plumber and any other threat to their revolutionary takeover sold under the slogan of “Change We Can Believe In.”

When I wrote my post in April, I warned of a looming terror attack on the horizon. The Tea Baggers were coming. They were coming brandished with a weapon of mass destruction; the vote.  The time has arrived. It will be interesting to hear the new adjectives  the liberals will use to negate the effect of the elections on their agenda.

“Shining City Upon the Hill”

Ronald Reagan inspired me with his speeches. None excited me more than the image he painted of the “Shining City Upon the Hill.” My heart swelled with pride as I envisioned our great country pictured as a beacon of hope and opportunity.

Barack Obama inspires me also; to move to Australia. He is chipping away at the concept of the shining city as rapidly as he can. He has employed several czars (32 to be accurate) to change policy in every conceptual institution that the shining city is built upon.

I sat in church this weekend and listened to a great priest who was “begging.”  His job was to travel from parish to parish around the country and tell the story of homeless babies in the Caribbean countries like Haiti, and in South America where a million children a year starve to death. The organization is called “Food For the Poor.” They are a volunteer organization. With their efficiencies in place, 96% of the money collected is converted to food and necessities. I thought to myself, what a great bunch of people to create and run such an effort. As I sat and thought about what they do, and what my pledge will be, I began to wonder what future the kids who are being saved from starvation will grow into.  Currently, I don’t see the government of  Haiti providing for their own. Yet, I bet the leaders of the country all live in some opulent housing and are not starving as their people are.  They do depend on “Food For The Poor” and similar organizations to do it for them. What is that government doing to create the “Shining City Upon the Hill,” for their children?

Here in America, I see the new government spewing rhetoric about the need to re-distribute the wealth. Who will they re-distribute it to? Like in Haiti, I see our own leaders living in opulent housing, being driven by chauffeurs in very nice bullet proof sedans,  to even more opulent dinners. While we the tax payers sit in squalor waiting to be thrown a bone. I see the leaders tearing down the fabric of the Shining City to make life for the masses so much harder. I see tax dollars going into government departments that do not have a ninety-six percent efficiency, but less than fifty percent efficiency. In the meantime the number of  fat-cat government positions  increase and they  become the recipients of the re-distribution. 

Come to think of it, I’ve never heard  Barack Obama’s vision for his country, have you?

A few months before the election, I wrote a piece called Fidel All Over Again? In this post, I explained my fears that BO was a radical and leaned toward communism. At the time, I wasn’t really sure, now I am certain that he is both a radical and a communist.  During the third debate of the campaign, John McCain attacked Obama on his associations with Bill Ayres and Acorn. Obama countered with an argument about how he will surround himself with competent people who will advise him on how to run the country.

“Let me tell you who I associate with. On economic policy, I associate with Warren Buffett and former Fed Chairman Paul Volcker. If I’m interested in figuring out my foreign policy, I associate myself with my running mate, Joe Biden or with Dick Lugar, the Republican ranking member on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, or General Jim Jones, the former supreme allied commander of NATO.

Those are the people, Democrats and Republicans, who have shaped my ideas and who will be surrounding me in the White House. And I think the fact that this has become such an important part of your campaign, Senator McCain, says more about your campaign than it says about me.”

Obama has now exposed his radicalism with the appointment of  unconstitutional advisors referred to as Czars. How many does he employ? Thirty two. At least two of them are self proclaimed communists or socialists. Ten of the czars report directly to Obama. A man who believes he is a leader should know that ten, plus a full cabinet is too large a number of direct reports. How can he possibly concentrate on anything with so many inputs? He won’t be able to. Either he will neglect some of the report to’s or he will become mired in information overload. Can he really make decisions on all the issues they will bring to the table  in so short a time?  Is there enough time in a week to meet and discuss policy with all of the czars, do the same with the cabinet,  give press conferences, take world sightseeing trips with the daughters, date nights with Michelle, and walk the dog too?

Diversity czar Van Jones, a self proclaimed communist, has spent several years advocating  revolution.  The Science czar, John Holdren holds unusual ideas about sterilization as a population control to limit climate polution.  He calls climate change skeptics  “dangerous members of a denier fringe.” I guess I can add that to my list of titles granted by name calling  liberals. The Diversity czar, Mark Lloyd, a proclaimed anti-capitalist, speaks favorably about the incredible Venezuelan revolution. Carol Browner, the Energy and Environmental czar, has been a member of known socialist groups. There are only twenty-eight others to check out. I will continue to do so.

I wish I could feel better by saying “I told you so,” but it doesn’t. All confirmation did is scare the hell out me. The direction POTUS is leading our country will never be “change I can believe in.”
