Tweak the Wreck to Make it Work

Awhile back, another Progressive Liberal President spoke to the Democrat controlled Congress and told them to pass a universal health care law. Pass it no matter how bad it is, you can always fix it later. In his State of the Union Speech. President Obama was very direct when he said he would not undo Obama care, but he would entertain fixing some of the objectionable parts of it. He also remade a statement that he would listen to any ideas proposed by those opposed. Really?

If President Obama thinks he can fix the clunker he invented by tweaking it, he is a danger to himself and should be committed. Perhaps we are wrong and he really is the second coming of Christ. Excuse me, Christ is not politically correct as the One who can make miracles. Maybe he is the second coming of Allah.

The only way to fix this clunker is to send it to the shredder fast. After it is on its way to Progressive heaven he can entertain some real free market solutions that will work.

I’m afraid that sitting in the front row at Trinity United Church for twenty years of listening to the tenets of Black Liberation Theology has brainwashed him into believing that Marxist solutions work. Meanwhile Marxist countries have rejected the philosophy in favor of freedom and capitalism. China pretends to be Marxist, but is gleefully embracing capitalism to save its population from starvation. Russia has also embraced capitalism and personal freedom. It is quickly becoming an economic powerhouse. That leaves President Obama with North Korea, Cuba, and Venezuela as the model for the twenty-first century Marxist utopia.

I don’t buy Marxism, Socialism, Liberalism, or Progressivism because they all take away man’s God-given right to liberty and the pursuit to happiness in favor of  all men being treated equal at the expense of liberty, free will, and the freedom to  realize his human potential.

By the way, the other President that gave BO the invaluable advice to pass anything then fix it later was none other than Bill Clinton. I can hardly wait for a scandal to break out with BO and a liberal cutie in the Oval office.

Pope Nancy I

How far will she go to advance her ultra-liberal agenda? It is my opinion that she will try to buy off the pope so she can speak infallibly to Catholics. Here are some of the things she would want Catholics to believe without challenge:

  1. Speaking to Catholic bishops and priests,  ” Some (who) oppose immigration reform are sitting in those pews, and you have to tell them that this is a manifestation of our living the gospels…”
  2. Curing drug addicts is cheaper than enforcing illegal immigration.
  3. Denying illegal immigrants the rights of US citizens is un-American.
  4. Abortion on demand is a woman’s right to choose.
  5. Tea Party people are racist.
  6. Gay marriage is the same as heterosexual marriage.
  7. The government will save billions on universal Obamacare.

I thank the Lord that the Catholic Church is smart enough to keep Nancy out of Rome. I wish the people of California were smart enough to keep her out of Washington.

TAXERY

     Imagine a life where you wake up in the morning, swallow a quick piece of bread and go to work. The commute is easy because your job is at the place you live. You spend twelve to sixteen hours a day performing your duties. For this, your employer pays you with meals and a place to sleep. You do not have days off. It is like being retired except for the part about working sixteen hours a day.  Your employer treats you like an object, property. That is because you are. He bought you on e-bay.  If you are lucky enough to have kids, you will raise them in between chores for the master. When your child is ten, the master will sell him or put him to work too.

     Your future is hard to imagine, especially now that you have free health care. It is uncertain because you have not felt the pressure of rising prices, and increased taxes yet. One good thing though, you do have free health care, that is four years from now. You will not pay higher income taxes, because the One promised he would not tax anyone making less than two hundred thousand dollars a year, and you will have free health care too.

     The new taxes come in the form of local sales taxes, and higher prices. As the fat cat company you work for, begins to pay higher taxes it charges more for its goods.  He passes the cost to you to pay for your free health care. The One charged the state you live in with the responsibility to enroll all the uninsured with free health care.  The One did not provide the means for your state to pay for it. Therefore, the state increase taxes to give you free health care.

     “You are wrong,” you argue.

     “Yes I am,” I reply.  The reason is that you have a job. If you do not have insurance through your job, the One made you buy an insurance policy.  Your health care is not free, unless you are unemployed.

     One day you go to work and get a letter from your boss. It says that the part you pay for insurance has increased. Why? Because the fat cat company cannot make money and pay for free health care too.

     “But it isn’t free I pay for it.”  

     Taxes eat into the money you bring home, and to save you dump the fat-cat company’s insurance plan. You enroll in the government run plan.  My friend, you have just sold your body to the government.  Now the One has total control over your body, mind and soul.

     Taxery is the same as slavery. The difference is that under slavery another human being owned your ass. Under Taxery, the government owns you.
