Have you ever wondered where the hell all the sand jockeys get American flags to burn? I fly my flag everyday, rain or shine. I like to keep it looking respectable. I change it every year. By the time I do, the old one looks like it was at IWO JIMA. The wind and sun does a number on it. I take the tattered flag to the local VFW. The veterans conduct a flag burning ceremony regularly. I was taught to respect the flag by my legally immigrated parents.
Lately, I have had luck finding inexpensive flags at Home Depot. Before that, I had to scour the yellow pages, or wait until the 4th of July before I could find a replacement.
Within twenty-four hours of the preacher in Florida announcing his Koran burning party, a news video from Pakistan showed a crowd burning a US flag. Where the hell did they get a US flag so quickly in a crap hole of a country like Pakistan? It wasn’t a Home Depot flag either. It was a big one, like the one that flies over the White House.
What really upset me was the lack of rage from Americans about the event. Have we grown so numb as to forget what the flag means to us? Or, is it the Supreme Court, the ACLU, and the Liberals brainwashing us with progressive bullshit?
What ever it is, it pisses me off. I can hardly wait for November to throw my vote-bomb into the mix, and elect some leaders who will stand up for the country.
Let us pass a law to ban foreign aide to any country that allows a US flag to burn in protest of anything.

I have a problem with the Muslims building a Mosque at Ground Zero. It is a stupid move designed to show us that Muslims are going to convert we the infidels, and they have begun the process. It is something called Dhimmitude. The real problem I have with the mosque is they have a right to do it. The very first sentence in the first amendment to the constitution specifically states
that Islam is a religion, then the boilerplate readings give it a tone of peace and love. So, why then are the extremists such hateful, revengeful, and ruthless killers of non-Muslims?
I believe it goes to the fact that Islam is also a political ideology. They start by feeding the lovey, peacey thing and evolve into the power over all men “do as I say” thing. All across the Mid-East are countries whose politics are Islamic, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Sudan, Libya, Liberia, Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey, and a few I left out. Egypt and Turkey pretend to be secular, but can turn into Islamic states overnight.
The one tenet of Islam that is scary, is a thing called Sharia law. The religion declares there is but one set of laws that count, those of God. Sharia is that law in their eyes. What that means is that Muslim believers can only live by one set of laws, and that is Sharia. Be damned if the USA has a Constitution and is a Nation of Laws, they do not give a shit. The end-result is that the religion dictates how they want to live in a country. Once they begin lobbying for their own set of laws to dictate to the rest of us they are a political entity.
My logic goes like this:
Islam is a religion
Religion is not politics
Therefore, Islam is not political.
On the other hand, if I use this logic something different comes out.
Islam follows Sharia Law
Sharia Law rules all
Therefore, Islam rules all.
Both of these theorems are true. The dilemma here is that there is a conflict between the two tenets of Islam and our Constitution. It is my opinion that Islam cannot co-exist peacefully in the United States of America if Muslims continue to believe that Sharia law is integral to their beliefs. On the other hand, if they adopt US Law as the dominant law of the land, and denounce Sharia, they have the same rights as any other US citizen.
A Muslim who continues to embrace Sharia as the only true law will be in constant conflict with his principles and as such presents a threat to the tranquility of the non-Muslim citizenry.
The preamble to the Constitution:
Can the US meld the Sharia law into the US Justice System? If so, then Justice and Tranquility might be possible. If, the two are in conflict events will arise that destroy the domestic tranquility. We will have a country within a country. Two sets of rules on the same street, same town, and same state. Do we invent Muslim police to enforce Sharia law, and our regular police to enforce US law? How would that work? If I commit adultery, and I am a Muslim, Sharia defines it as a crime and defines the punishment. It is quite different from US law. The country will tear itself apart much the same way, as it did when half of us owned slaves and half did not.
We cannot, we must not, allow Islam to practice in the USA and expect the country to remain united.

There are many things that I am unhappy about regarding President Obama. One thing that especially infuriates me is his constant harangue about conservatives not having any new ideas. These speeches make my blood boil. If ever there is a group that is the party of no new ideas, it is the democrats and leftist liberal progressives. They would not recognize a new idea if it bit them on the nose. Most of their ideas sleep in the libraries of failed socialist theories. Many of the ideas failed after implementation by despots masquerading as leaders. The implementation slaughtered millions.
The problem with liberal Progressives is that they hate ideas that are more than ideas. A simple idea is more like a law of nature. For example, God gave Moses the Ten Commandments. The ten rules govern the moral conduct of man, and are more than just ideas. They have stood the test of time. They will never be obsolete. Another example is the United States Constitution. The problem with the Constitution is that it is too simple for the complicated mind of a leftist to comprehend. The Constitution has served the USA well for two hundred and thirty four years, and withstood the test of time. Unlike the ideas of the socialists, the ideas of freedom, liberty, and the capitalist system grew out of the initiative of millions of liberty loving people. Our people have died in wars defending liberty, but never at the hands of a despot trying to implement liberty, freedom, and capitalism.
Progressives are never satisfied with the simple. The outcome is our current Federal Government. It is not just enough to pass a law to tax our incomes, they have to fill the law with loopholes designed to extract more money. The IRS, another bureaucracy, is necessary to collect the money, and to interpret the law to the government’s advantage. A simple flat tax can eliminate the IRS and the loophole filled tax law.
A law based on this simple idea can replace the Department of Education; all states must have uniform standards of instruction. Instead, we have a bureaucracy that has developed a life of its own. Every year they have a budget that grows. We do not need the government to teach sex education in kindergarten, argue about what to feed kids for breakfast, lunch, and supper, and how to fill them with radical ideas. We do need kids to learn how to read, do arithmetic, and write simple sentences. We should fill our children’s minds with the rich history America, and the rest of the world. Civic education is another void that the Feds pay big bucks to avoid. Why teach Civics? I want future generations of kids to know the basic Constitution and the framework of the government.
By the way, in this speech, Obama blamed the economic mess he inherited to the failed economic policies of Capitalism. He conveniently failed to make a single reference to the liberal-democrat policy that everyone has the right to have the American Dream of owning a house as the root cause. It is my idea that every American has the right to earn the American Dream.
Ideas, I have ideas, and I will challenge any Progressive on the efficacy of my ideas against any of theirs.
