Some Insane Ideas

This evening’s carnival of political theater wasn’t funny. I thought President Trump in his effort to sound presidential sounded too bland. On the other side I thought Chuck and Nancy were a bit off the wall (pun intended) when they argued to not build a wall. What was funny, however, was the fact that my cable service was down and I had to watch on regular TV. I chose channel 5 NBC. The show between shows i.e. between the President and the democratic response was the party of main stream media spewing Trump hate and belittling his speech from all aspects. I didn’t think a news program was supposed to frame the story from the communist perspective.

If the democrats really believe that walls don’t work why don’t they tear down the border wall between Mexico and California? I wonder what would happen? What would their argument be for keeping the wall up?

Why doesn’t Past President Obama tear down the wall around his Washington D.C. home.

Why don’t we include removing walls from every penitentiary in the country as part of prison reform?

Borders are imaginary lines dividing land. The Kurds who so valiantly helped fight ISIS are a people without borders. They are a nomadic bunch. They wish they had a piece of land to call home. The trouble is that none of the countries in the mId-east will give them any. The Turks keep driving them into Iraq and the Iraqis drive them back. It has gone on for centuries. Have we learned? NO, we insist on removing borders so people can become nomadic like they were when Pilgrims landed on these shores..

As I stated above if we remove the fence between California and Mexico, but build a wall from Yuma, Arizona to the Gulf of Mexico all immigration will move through that open portal into California Dreaming territory. I predict within three years we will have to build a second wall extending from Yuma, Arizona northward to Spokane, Washington. The outflow of Californians fleeing Utopia will be over whelming. We might as well just concede the liberal states of California, Oregon, and Washington to Mexico.

When Lee Iacocca introduced the idea of globalization he visioned people all over the world making things for cars. His concept kept the people in their home countries and promoted jobs. Car companies would take advantage of the low labor costs and begin buying parts from the lowest cost supplier. It was a grand idea, and much of his concept is working. The smart ass Progressives then began promoting globalization as a way to equalize all humans. They thought that by emulating the concept of what made America exceptional Europe and the world could become one happy integrated place. Why they ever thought an Italian would want to be like a Frenchman or a Dane wanting to be like a Syrian is beyond me. But that grand scheme is what the Globalists want for us. The scheme is so far away from what made America great that it is bound to fail before it ever begins. The immigrants that came to America, and who made it great came here because they wanted a better life. When they arrived they adopted America as their home country, they learned tp speak the language the best they could, they worked their asses off, and they paid their taxes. This all happened before our great Progressive leaders began to feel workers needed a safety net of benefits to keep voting for them.

Today’s migrant comes for a number of reasons: One to make a better life just like they did a hundred years ago. Two, they come for the benefits. Three, they come as refugees who need a place to live. I’m sure there are many more reasons people come to America, but I’m too tired to elaborate.

There are roughly seven billion people in the world. Just think if they all came here to get a piece of the better world. Wouldn’t it make better sense to let them make their own place better? The problem lies with a lack of  patience. Evolution takes years and these people want everything now just like we do. Another problem lies with the leaders they choose who very often become very rich dictators who revel at the suffering of their people. One way to install communism in the world is to place a dictator in each country. Program the dictator to keep the people equal in every way, and the easiest way to do that is to keep them all very poor. That is exactly what would happen to the USA if the entire world population descended upon us through that open portal between California and Mexico.

The Democrat argument about re-opening the government to help all those starving families has me thinking the shut-down is backwards. I believe the most non-essential people in government are the 435 in Congress. I’m sure if each of these politicians had to scrimp for a meal they would think twice about stalemating legislation. Instead they have protected themselves from all harm by writing the shutdown rules to sacrifice the poor schlocks who aren’t really needed. So why do we have non-essential jobs? One word, votes.
