Successful Tea Party

The Joliet Tea Party was as promised; well planned, a beautifully inspiring program, and well attended. I commend the “regular citizens” who made it happen. The one thing lacking was the barrage of media. There were no rabble rousing reporters asking dumb questions, nor were they present to broadcast their opposing viewpoints. There was a strong presence  of State, County, and Joliet  police. Thank you Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano for labeling us as Right Wing Terrorists. I saw the people of Joliet running away from me as I paraded through downtown armed with my sign.
