Why who we vote for is important!

Before Obama there was virtually no obvious presence of Islam in America.
. All of a sudden, Islam is taught in schools. Christianity and the bible are banned in schools.

. All of a sudden we must allow prayer rugs everywhere and allow for Islamic prayer in schools, airports and businesses.

. All of a sudden we must stop serving pork in prisons.

. All of a sudden we are inundated with law suits by Muslims who are offended by American culture.

. All of a sudden we must allow burkas to be worn everywhere even though you have no idea who is covered up under them.

. All of a sudden Muslims are suing employers and refusing to do their jobs if they personally deem it conflicts with Sharia Law.

. All of a sudden the Attorney General of the United States vows to prosecute anyone who engages in “anti-Muslim speech”.

. All of a sudden, Jihadists who engage in terrorism and openly admit they acted in the name of Islam and ISIS, are emphatically declared they are NOT Islamic by our leaders and/or their actions are determined NOT to be terrorism, but other nebulous terms like ‘workplace violence.”

. All of a sudden, it becomes Policy that Secular Middle East dictators that were benign or friendly to the West, must be replaced by Islamists and the Muslim Brotherhood.

. All of a sudden our troops are withdrawn from Iraq and the middle east giving rise to ISIS.

. All of a sudden, America has reduced it’s nuclear stockpiles to 1950 levels, as Obama’s stated goal of a nuke-free America by the time he leaves office continues uninterrupted.

. All of a sudden, a deal with Iran must be made at any cost, with a pathway to nuclear weapons and HUNDREDS of BILLIONS of dollars handed over to fund their programs.

. All of a sudden America APOLOGIZES to Muslim states and sponsors of terror
worldwide for acts of aggression, war and sabotage THEY perpetrate against our soldiers.

. All of a sudden, the American Navy is diminished to 1917 Pre-World War I levels of only 300 ships. The Army is at pre-1940 levels. The Air Force scraps 500 planes and planned to retire the use of the A-10 Thunderbolt close air support fighter. A further draw down of another 40,000 military personnel is in progress.

. All of a sudden half of our aircraft carriers are recalled for maintenance by Obama rendering the Atlantic unguarded, NONE are in the Middle East.

. All of a sudden Obama has to empty Guantanamo Bay of captured Jihadists and let them loose in Jihad-friendly Islamic states. He demands to close the facility.

. All of a sudden America will negotiate with terrorists and trade FIVE Taliban commanders for a deserter and Jihad sympathizer.

. All of a sudden there is no money for American poor, disabled veterans, jobless Americans, hungry Americans, or displaced Americans but there is endless money for Obama’s “Syrian refugee” resettlement programs.

. All of sudden there is an ammunition shortage in the USA.

. All of a sudden, the most important thing for Obama to do after a mass shooting by two Jihadists, is disarm American Citizens.

… “By his fruits you will know him.”

All of a sudden, I am sick to my stomach…..You should be also.

One Page Tax Form

Every year I get more organized, but my taxes seem to take longer to do in spite of it. This year was no exception. I have learned to put all things tax related into a single pocket in my document organizer, but when it comes around to collecting data to support my deductions (loop holes) I suffer. It took me three days of pain to get it all together.

Since this is an election year, I am seriously considering voting for a candidate that promotes a tax plan that will make things simple. A flat tax sounds good to me, but I’m not sure that will pay the bills racked up by our spend happy Congressmen. When a bill is passed and it involves spending money it should carry a rider that says after four years that same bill will be reviewed for fiscal soundness. Most of these things take on a life of their own and never die.

I have heard many promises to reform the tax code in my lifetime. The first time I voted I was twenty-one, and I have voted fourteen times for president since then. None of them has ever even made a feeble attempt to change the tax code to simplify it. Instead they chose to make it more complicated.

Recently, a friend made me aware of the Tax Foundation. It is a think tank dedicated to analyzing the effects of various tax schemes. Their data made me open my eyes to the where the money comes from to pay our Federal bills. I always thought that business paid the bulk of the bill. It does not. The bulk of money collected comes from working folks like you and me. That is the reason we should be very interested in any scheme used to calculate taxes. Add to this mix that half of working people don’t even pay taxes, it becomes even more important to know just what each candidate has up his slippery sleeve.

I don’t work anymore, and one would think I wouldn’t have to pay taxes. The problem is that my 401K accounts which I funded aggressively while young remain untaxed. I reached an age where I must sell a percentage of my 401K every year just to pay the deferred taxes.

I happen to believe that every citizen of this great country should be willing to support it. I am one of those people. What I abhor are those who own the loop-hole that allows them to avoid paying any tax but instead pays them a credit. That is one of the biggest forms of income redistribution there is, and it has been going on long before Obama made the term popular. As a teenager Uncle withdrew tax money from my soda jerk paychecks. It was my responsibility to file a tax form and pay. That was during a time when everyone who made money was required to pay tax. Tax avoidance has since become a huge business.

Live free, pay taxes, die, the only time I will accept an equal outcome for all.

Shame on Chicago

Congratulations Chicago, city of my birth, for once again leading the country in embarrassing revolts. Aren’t you proud of yourself as a great city. A city that prides itself on being Democrat, and of being complete jerks. Your population cannot intelligently debate or argue issues, so they immediately incorporate Rules for Radicals approaches to solving problems. How naive you are to allow yourself to be goaded into violence by a man who allied himself with Nazis during WWII to send his fellow Jews to the gas chambers. Chicago, ruled by an associate of the dictator himself, has proudly allied itself with the communist creed.

I’m all for Socialism provided the leaders include themselves in the misery. I will become socialist on the same day when all from the top man down have the same privileges as the common man. If that is not clear let me state it another way. When Barack Obama and his entire cabinet, and all the bureaucracies, and agencies, the Congress, the Senate, and the Supreme Court all receive the exact same remuneration and rights. No Beast, no Air Force One, no White House, no private or Swiss bank accounts, no body guards, nothing, just the exact same pay and housing we the people get, and you live in the same small apartment you give me. The same holds for all entertainers, bankers, CEOs. All of them will do what they love for the exact same pay. There will be no mansions, no limousines, no private planes or first class flights. They will be the same.

If you can make that work Chicago, then I will play your game. In the meantime, I will remain a conservative capitalist who clings to my religion and guns while you continue to roll downhill into the Utopian abyss of equal outcomes for all.

Leap Day Special

A few weeks ago thousands of young virile males invaded Europe under the guise of being  Syrian refugees. What they are, however, are hypocrites too afraid to fight for their country. The acceptance of these refugees was soundly rejected by We the People.

Obama made a statement on Monday (Nov. 16) at a press conference in Turkey in which he denounced calls for a religious test for refugees and immigrants, saying: “That’s shameful. That’s not American. That’s not who we are.”

I know I am late in responding to him but this is what I think:

  1. The Founders specifically meant to separate religion from the state. They knew the dangers of state sponsored religion. Islam is a state sponsored religion. It is a Theocracy. Muslims cannot practice their faith anywhere without also practicing their own laws. It is written in their Koran that they shall slay the Infidel. No matter where they settle they will practice their beliefs. They have been brainwashed since birth in the beliefs of Islam, they will never change. Even if they signed a document to always follow the laws of the USA and the US Constitution, they would not be able to do it and still remain faithful Muslims.
  2. Muslims are not a religion of peace. I always thought they were peaceful with their own fellow muslims and not with the infidels. ISIS has changed my mind on that too. ISIS massacres Muslims in order to establish the Islamic State.
  3. President Obama this is what I say to you. The pictures below do not represent who we are, ISIS is the shameful organization, not us. Since when do American citizens go on rampages to slaughter fellow Americans by crucifixion, and beheading because we don’t agree on religion? You are correct that this is not who we are, a single American is a million times better than all the Muslims in the world.  You are also correct that it is un-American to behave like Muslims. Americans believe in protecting their own. We have proved it many times on many battle fields. You my President are the un-American one who embraces this Theocratical faith and are trying to transform America into a country of Muslim slaves. Islam and our Constitution are not compatible, they cannot co-exist. Perhaps that is why you ignore the Constitution so often in your policy actions.
  4. I agree with Senator Ted Cruz that we should allow only Christian Syrians into the country. Christianity will not radicalize and create terror. Christians know how to separate God’s Law from Caesar’s Law in harmony, and Americans will embrace them.

In the 2004 Illinois Democrat primary race for the U.S. Senate, front-runner Blair Hull just happened to be forced out of the race after David Axelrod just happened to manage to get Hulls sealed divorce records unsealed, which just happened to enable Obama to win the primary,
so he could face popular Republican Jack Ryan, whose sealed child custody records from his divorce just also happened to become unsealed, forcing Ryan to withdraw from the race, which just happened to enable the unqualified Obama to waltz into the U.S. Senate, where, after a mere 143 days of work, he just happened to decide he was qualified to run for President of the United States.

Aren’t we lucky for all these coincidences??
