This is scary as hell. We have already progressed through the urban high rise experiment of creating contained housing in neighborhoods around the cities. Most have failed like Cabrini Green and have been torn down sending the residents to housing around the suburbs. This new plan will accelerate the demise of every neighborhood in America.
