4 July 2009 The Great Joliet Tea party Day has been postponed due to weather. It will be tomorrow, 5 July 2009 from 3 to 6 p.m.
The location is Pathway Fields at 19554 NW Frontage Road, Shorewood, IL 60404-1583
Frontage Road is accessed from highway 52 (Jefferson St) just west of Interstate 55.
There promises to be live music, several candidates for State offices, and more. Come out and join the fun.

Thanks to all of you who visited my site for information. I will keep the button active and keep you informed of any new developments that come up. The rumor is that we will have another event on 4 July 2009. That is, if we aren’t decimated by the liberals who bashed the Tea Party events. The worst insult came from reporters Anderson Cooper, and Craig Oberman who made reference to us as “Tea Baggers.” The smirk on their faces made me look up the term “tea bagger.” Tea Bagging is a sexual act. Most likely it is performed by liberals on liberals. I am by far not a conservative prude, and since I had to look it up, I have to say it is not the norm.
My conclusion on the Tea Party Day is that it was a huge success. Why else would the liberal media want to destroy it? Why else would they make pornographic references to the participants? They are running scared, and telling us that they won the election and we should stop whining. Well, I’m here to tell you that I am running strong because I lost the election, and I’m not going to let the country go socialist. We must band together and identify fresh new candidates that can run up against the liberal machine and grind it to a pulp.
I don’t believe the government can think for me, nor can it care for me as well as I can think and care for myself. I’m sure you can’t either.

Plan to get to the Tea Party early. Parking is about two to three blocks away from the Will County Court House in public garages. Bring a chair if you plan to stay for the whole two hours. The weather promises to behave, so it should be a great time. Judging by the amount of downplay the Tea Parties are getting from the Liberal Bloggers and the Democratic Pundits, we are having an impact. The liberals are saying the conservative Tea Party effort is a trivial sham. I personally intend to show them otherwise. The latest report has the DHS reporting that conservatives are terrorists and a threat to national security. Can you believe that? If we are trivial, why such a flap from the Department of Homeland Security?

If you are coming from Frankfort, rte 30 will take you into downtown Joliet. If you cross the river you have gone too far west.

The Joliet Tea Party Day promises to be a fantastic event. The support is growing, and people are getting excited. The keynote speaker will be a young man Adam Andrzejewski, a Republican candidate for governor of Illinois. I want to hear this young man speak. I have visited his website, and fully intend to back him as a candidate. I just need to connect with him a little more closely to insure he stands for what I believe in, i.e. Conservatism.

As I suspected the Joliet Tea Party Day is well organized and promises to be a well attended event. In order to get our message to the elected representatives TEA PARTY DAY must be well attended with many visible signs on display to show our displeasure. We must remain peaceful, yet firm in our conviction registering our frustration. They have to hear what we are saying, and act accordingly and not like a bunch of sheep being herded into a pen by the Border Collie(POTUS).
I recommend you make a sign to convey your own message to the Senate and Congress.

I recommend attending the Joliet Tea Party for the following reasons:
1.)They are holding it at a more significant location, i.e. a Federal facility. Since we are objecting to the Federal Government, it is more symbolic to register discontent at a federal site.
2.)Stronger numbers at each site will have a more effective impact than a small group spread all around.
