I am more open to new ideas than most liberals. The problem is that I haven’t seen an original idea come from a liberal in my lifetime. If California has a law to balance the budget, why are they asking for a bailout?

In California, by the State Constitution, they cannot run a budget deficit. This happens in other states, also. Perhaps not a good idea from planning purposes for the state, but it does show that your head is up your as so far you can’t see anything. Typical Republican trait, by the way. Try reading something unbiased for a change. Oh wait, unbiased=liberal for you, doesn’t it?
